About the Human Capital Composite Index (HCCI)
The HCCI evaluates organisation performance of organisations across a range of indicators from a human capital perspective. The HCC Index was a substantial component of our 'Cracking the Human Capital Code' study, which extended our previous contributions to industry with further groundbreaking applied research.
The Composite Index presents an evaluation of a company's human capital related organisation performance, human capital reporting and human capital management practices. It makes use of nine separate assessment parameters, each given a relative weighting to reflect their importance.
The purpose of the index is to produce a meaningful relative assessment which provides organisations with an objective and independent performance evaluation along both sectoral and/or existing financial indices.
This will be of interest to a wide audience, namely, shareholders/stakeholders, management, HR functions, analysts, employees, academics, unions and government, with invaluable insights on performance of companies from different perspectives.
